US domestic shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Ideal for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after your order is processed. Perfect for when you need your order sooner.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, as each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.

International shipping (Coming Soon)

Although we currently do not offer international shipping, we are working to expand our services to bring Proper Form Studio’s handcrafted goods to customers around the globe. Stay tuned for updates!

RETURNS

At Proper Form Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted ceramics and textiles. We want you to love your pieces as much as we love creating them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth process for resolving any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Handcrafted Ceramics: All ceramic pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Textiles: Returns or exchanges are accepted for textile products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom or personalized items, these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns

1. Contact Us: Email us at [HELLO@PROPERFORMSTUDIO.COM] with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during the return process due to improper packaging.

4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hELLO@PROPERFORMSTUDIO.COM

2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number.

3. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or store credit.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, including return shipping costs for textiles, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
